What does Cyber Security Protection mean?
In the fast-moving world of ecommerce, cybersecurity isn’t optional — it’s essential. Every transaction, customer detail, and backend integration represents a potential entry point for cyber threats. A single breach can lead to devastating financial loss, erosion of customer trust, and long-term brand damage.

We are experts in eCommerce website security and we will harden your valuable data against attack. Our process to secure your website starts with a security audit. This will identify issues that need immediate resolutions. After the audit we will proceed to harden your website from attack, including carding attacks - which are a growing problem in eCommerce. If your website does not already have a sufficient security plugin we will install one for you. We will put in place an off-site, off-server backup process. Off-server backups are very important. If your server is ever penetrated by a hacker, all you server backups will also be compromised - hence the need for backups in a completely separate location. We will put in place a daily monitoring process and update your website software on a weekly basis. All site updates are tested on a separate copy of your website before they are moved to live. If you are using our servers, a firewall and additional Cloudflare security will be added to your server. And of course if the worst should ever happen, we will resolve and fix your website for free.

Technical Issues
We thoroughly test all WordPress core, WooCommerce, theme, and plugin updates on a staging site to minimize risk. If an issue arises on your site due to an update we performed, we’ll fix it — and it won’t count against your development hours. However, time spent resolving pre-existing issues or limitations caused by third-party plugins will be deducted from your plan’s development time.

Your development hours can be used for any other work on your site — from adding products and running reports to building custom features or integrating new tools. Can I trust you with my store?
Yes you can. Your trust is so important to us it's even in our Mission Statement! We know it can be daunting to hand over the keys to your store. But rest assured we manage and support stores all across the world, from brand new stores to established stores generating millions of dollars in revenue. Where are you located?
We currently operate from three locations. Our company HQ is in Ireland, the development centre is in South India and we have a base in Phoenix, Arizona. We hire our own full time staff - for security we don't use freelancers. Read more on the About Us Page.
How quickly do you complete requests?
Our average turnaround time on normal tickets is 17 hours. Although we ask for 24 hours for all tickets. Depending on your Support Plan you may be able to jump the queue. Urgent requests for issues such as outages are dealt with as a matter of priority. You can find full details on our Service Level Agreement page.
Do you offer SEO?
We offer "Technical SEO Assistance". What does this mean? Well simply put it means that we do not create content or carry out keyword research. BUT we will help to ensure that your website is set up correctly to target your chosen keywords. Dependent on your plan, this may involve keyword tracking and website analysis to discover where you may have the opportunity to add or amend existing content in order to perform better. It will also involve support with Google Search console and Merchant centre.
Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the service?
We’re confident that you will love our service and wonder how you ever lived without us! But if for some unimaginable reason you would like to cancel the service, we offer a no quibble refund within the first 30 days. Refunds after that are on a pro-rata basis.
What does performance tuning include?
Any successful e-commerce store must operate an efficient and fast loading website. We are happy to help optimize your website to ensure that it loads and renders as fast as possible. Every website is unique and therefore our solution varies from site to site, but it usually includes optimizing caching, finding time hungry plugins and reducing render blocking code as much as is possible (depending on site design).
How many requests can I send you?
The number of requests you can send on all of our plans are unlimted. The only limiting factor is the number you can have open at any one time and whether the task contains custom development or not. So for instance on our Essentials plan you may have 1 ticket open at a time. This ticket must be completed and closed before another can be raised.
When do you update my site?
When and how often we update your site will depend on your support plan. This also applies to requests you send us. For instance, on our middle and higher plans you can set the time period when we update your site or make requested changes live. If this is between 1AM and 2AM - no problem! Your site would only be updated during this period.
How many tickets can I have open at one time?
The normal answer to this is one at a time, unless you are on the Dedicated Plan. However, we know some things can't wait and we do try to be flexible. So if you have an urgent issue and you already have an open ticket, then send it in anyway. We can pause your other ticket.
