Site Edits and Adjustments cover tasks such as adding plugins, pages or new features to your site. All are tested on a staging site for you to approve before we make them live.

We aim to help your business grow faster by enabling you to experiment and change your store faster and with less stress.

1) We don’t include custom development as a Store Edit or Adjustment. Custom development is defined by the need to create and write code. We can offer custom development on our dedicated plan – or as an extra.

2) We work on 1 request at a time. You can send us as many support request as you wish. However, we will work through them sequentially. We ask for 24 hours to complete each request – although they are often completed much quicker.
