1) Our support does not include making new additions or changes to your site – however this is available with Managed WooCommerce Plan – which includes “Store Edits and Adjustment”.
2) When dealing with custom development we generally refer back to the author of the development for fixes. We are happy to manage this communication.
3) We work on 1 request at a time. You can send us as many support request as you wish. However, we will work through them sequentially. We ask for 24 hours to complete each request – although they are often completed much quicker.
