‘Buy on Google’ Opens to All Merchants

Google made the free listing in Google Shopping open for all retailers in the US. The commission-free product listing was launched last month as part of a series of experiments in Google Shopping.

Buy on Google is a feature of the Google Search platform that allows Google users to find and buy products from independent retailers.

This initiative by Google offers all businesses, ranging from small businesses to national chains and online marketplaces, to list their product and connect with customers through the Google Search website.

The Buy on Google feature allows shoppers to complete the purchasing process from the Google Search website. Since Google doesn’t charge a commission from the retailers, many small eCommerce businesses find it an economical way to start and grow their business. Google also allows retailers to Integrate third-parties like Shopify for inventory and order management and PayPal and Shopify for payment processing.
