Can I trust you with my store?
Yes you can. Your trust is so important to us it's even in our Mission Statement! We know it can be daunting to hand over the keys to your store. But rest assured we manage and support stores all across the world, from brand new stores to established stores generating millions of dollars in revenue. Where are you located?
We currently operate from three locations. Our company HQ is in Ireland, the development centre is in South India and we have a base in Phoniex, Arizona. We hire our own full time staff - for security we don't use freelancers. Read more on the About Us Page.
How quickly do you complete requests?
Our average turnaround time on normal tickets is 17 hours. Although we ask for 24 hours for all tickets. Depending on your Support Plan you may be able to jump the queue. Urgent requests for issues such as outages are dealt with as a matter of priority. You can find full details on our Service Level Agreement page.
What's the difference between Support and Custom Development?
Custom Development is available on some plans. If your support plan does not include Custom development, you can always purchase development hours. The lines between "Support" and "Custom Development" can often be blurry. A general helpful rule is that if a solution involves creating custom PHP coding or writing additional CSS then it normally falls into the "Custom Development" bucket. Just send in your request and we will let you know if Custom Development is required. In the vast majority of cases it's not and if only a small coding change is required we are happy to do that.
Do you offer SEO?
We will happily install great SEO plugins and give you advice on how to use them effectively. SEO is a long process with slow results and becoming more difficult as paid advertising increases in importance. Therefore we think you’re better off focusing on content and spreading your presence through your website and social media. That’s where we can really help you.

Do you offer refunds if I don’t like the service?
We’re confident that you will love our service and wonder how you ever lived without us! But if for some unimaginable reason you would like to cancel the service, we offer a no quibble refund within the first 30 days. Refunds after that are on a pro-rata basis.
On your Hosting do you really guarantee a 3 second load time?*
The simple answer is yes! But we will need you to work with us and possibly amend elements of your design in order to optimise your speed. The 3 second guarantee is applicable to your homepage - or designated main landing page and on most plans, your shop page also. As long as you are willing to amend the site according to our suggestions we will get your speed under 3 seconds.
What does performance tuning include?
Any successful e-commerce store must operate an efficient and fast loading website. We are happy to help optimize your website to ensure that it loads and renders as fast as possible. Every website is unique and therefore our solution varies from site to site, but it usually includes optimizing caching, finding time hungry plugins and reducing render blocking code as much as is possible (depending on site design).
How many requests can I send you?
The number of requests you can send on all of our plans are unlimted. The only limiting factor is the number you can have open at any one time and whether the task contains custom development or not. So for instance on first plan you may have 1 ticket open at a time. This ticket must be completed and closed before another can be raised.
When do you update my site?
When and how often we update your site will depend on your support plan. This also applies to requests you send us. For instance, on our middle and higher plans you can set the time period when we update your site or make requested changes live. If this is between 1AM and 2AM - no problem, your site would only be updated during this period.
How many tickets can I have open at one time?
The normal answer to this is one at a time, unless you are on the Ultimate Support Plan. However, we know some things can't wait and we do try to be flexible. So if you have an urgent issue and you already have an open ticket - then send it in any way. We can pause your other ticket.
